Introduction: What is the most important thing in your life? What is your first priority? The Bible tells us to seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness. That is Paul's priority. But, Felix's priorities are opposite to Paul's.

1. Preaching the gospel is Paul's priority. Woe to me if I don't preach the gospel (1 Cor.9:16). Preach the word; be prepared in season, out of season (2 Tim 4:2). Paul was always brave, enthusiastic, and delighted to preach the gospel to every class of people (poor, rich, authority & slave).

2. Spirituality is Paul's priority. Set your mind on things above (Col. 3: 2). Our citizenship is in heaven (Phi. 3:2). He discussed with Felix 4 things-righteousness, self-control, future judgment and faith in Jesus Christ.

3.Felix's priorities are these worldly things. His life characters-corruption (taking bribe), immoral and greedy. Even though he was trembled and feared for the future judgment, he cannot leave his comfort-zones; he cannot give up his power, popularity and his wealth for Christ. But Paul did all when he received Jesus in his life.

Conclusion: If we choose this worldly thing, we will end with failure and sorrow. But if choose Jesus first in our life, our life will be ever glowing and transforming in Christ. Seek first the kingdom and righteousness of God, all these things will be added unto you! May the LORD give the desire of your hearts! Amen!
