Introduction: God is in control of everything. God always plans good for us. In times of troubles God wants us to trust in Him and pray to him. The church earnestly prayed for Peter, & they trust in God.

 

1. God gives us peace in the midst of trouble: Peter was in prison, and he was to be killed the next day. But he still can sleep soundly. God can give us peace even in the midst of suffering and difficulty.

 

2. God releases us from our chains: Peter was released from all his chains. We also might have several invisible chains-such as greed, short temper, gossip, drug and so on. You can never stop from these by yourself; but only by faith and prayer.

 

3. God can open doors for us: When the angel took Peter, the doors and gates were automatically opened. Pray to God, trust in God and God will open the way for you.

 

Conclusion: Many things seem unpleasant to us. We have problems and troubles, but don't lose your heart, God is in control, God has the best plan for you. Keep trusting and praying to God, you will experience the marvelous leading of God. Amen!
