Introduction: Your friends, relatives and family may fail you, but God never fails you. He promises us, “I will never leave you nor forsake you!”

1. God’s love is unconditional. Human love based on reasons, but God’s love has no reason. The Psalmist claimed, “What is man, and you have so much mindful of him, you have so much cared for him?” The answer is, while we are sinners, God still loves us; while we are wretched and helpless, God still love us. Our God is gracious and compassion, slow to anger, abounding in love (Ps 103).

2. We are justified by the blood of Jesus Christ. God loves us and gives us His only begotten Son. Therefore by God’s grace we are justified, no one can blame us. We can do nothing for our justification.

3. Let us live by the power of God’s love. 1 John 5:3 says that when we love God, his commands are not burdensome.
